Newsletter and cookbook waitlist forms collect your email address, consent to receive emails, and submission date. These submissions are stored privately to support enquiries and requested updates.

Please do not send medical records, payment details, passwords, or sensitive health information through these forms. The website is not a patient portal or a medical-record service.

How information is used

Information you submit is used to review and respond to enquiries, manage newsletter and cookbook interest lists, provide communications you request, and maintain the website’s security and reliability. Joining a cookbook waitlist does not purchase a book or guarantee a release date.

Submitting a contact enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Newsletter and waitlist signups require your consent. You may withdraw that consent by emailing nina@drninamd.com or using an unsubscribe link when one is provided.

The website uses Lovable hosting and Lovable Cloud to operate the site and store form submissions. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request information, and error logs, for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request information needed to deliver those files.

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website or manage communications, or disclosed when required by law. Service providers may operate outside your country. Applicable data-protection requirements should be considered when choosing or changing these services.

Cookies and external services

Hosting and website services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for operation and security. Your browser settings allow you to manage or block cookies, though doing so may affect some functions.

Links to Instagram, Amazon, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Instagram reels on the homepage load automatically as you approach them, without a separate load button. Instagram may receive information about your visit and use its own cookies when these embeds load. Your browser’s privacy settings may block them; direct Instagram links remain available. This policy does not govern those external services.
